The ISG/IHG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump adopts the performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump and is designed on the basis of the general vertical pump. At the same time according to the use of temperature, medium and other different ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump based on the application of hot water, high temperature, corrosive chemical pump, oil pump. Working conditions:
Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or pump system high working pressure ≤1.6MPa, that is, pump inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa, please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be proposed separately at the time of ordering, so that the flow part and the connection part of the pipeline centrifugal pump are made of cast steel.
Ambient temperature <40ºC, relative humidity < 95%.
The volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.

Easy installation and maintenance, no need to remove the pipe road system, as long as the pump coupling nut can be removed all rotor components.
