Structural characteristics
This type of pump is a single shell, single suction, multi-stage Chen section type centrifugal pump structure, pump inlet level, outlet vertical upward specific structure is as follows:
1. Stator part
Mainly by the front section, the middle section, the guide vane, the rear section, the bearing frame and the balance chamber cover and other parts are connected with the rod and nut, and the front section and the rear section are fixed on the pump seat with bolts and nuts
2, rotor components
The impeller, impeller stop sleeve, balance stop sleeve, balance disc and shaft sleeve parts are mainly tightened with small round nuts, and fixed on the shaft with flat keys to prevent rotation. The whole rotor is supported on bearings at both ends. The rotor is directly connected to the motor by an elastic pin coupling.
To compensate for expansion, a toothed pad is installed between the final stage and the balance sleeve, which should be replaced when the pump is serviced.
3. Balance mechanism
The hydraulic balancing device of balance plate which can completely and automatically balance the axial force is adopted. The device is composed of four parts: balance plate, balance plate, balance sleeve and balance stop sleeve.
