Structure specification
Suction inlet and outlet are under the pump axis line, and perpendicular to the axis into a horizontal direction. No need to disassemble the inlet and outlet water pipes and motors during maintenance. From the driving direction, the pump rotates clockwise (it can be changed to counterclockwise according to user needs).
The main parts are; Pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction seal ring, shaft sleeve, etc. In addition to the material of the shaft is high-quality carbon steel, the rest of the main parts are made of cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel.
The pump body and the pump cover constitute the impeller workshop, and the inlet and outlet flange is provided with a tube screw hole for installing a vacuum gauge and a pressure gauge. The lower part of the water inlet and outlet flange is provided with a pipe thread hole for discharging water.
After static balance test, the impeller is fixed on the shaft with the shaft sleeve and the shaft sleeve nuts on both sides, and its axial position can be adjusted by the shaft sleeve nuts. The axial force of the impeller is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of its blades and the water inlet on both sides.
Bearings are radial ball bearings. Bearings are installed in the bearing body, installed at both ends of the pump body, and lubricated with butter.
The sealing ring is used to reduce water leakage from the pump pressure chamber back to the suction chamber.
It is directly driven by the motor through the elastic coupling, and can also be driven by the internal combustion engine if necessary.
The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (can also be installed as required). In order to prevent the air from entering the pump and cooling and lubricating the sealing cavity, the packing ring is installed between the packing, and a small amount of high pressure water flows into the packing cavity through the trapezoidal groove on the open surface of the pump cover.
