TCW non-leakage magnetic drive vortex pump is a new type of pump that uses the magnetic drive of permanent magnet to achieve contact-free transmission of torque, that is, when the motor drives the outer rotor (that is, the outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field line passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (that is, the inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate simultaneously, because the medium is closed in the static isolation sleeve, So as to achieve the purpose of no leakage pumping medium, and the main impeller is a thick disc, there are many radial blades on both sides of its outer edge. There is a first class annular flow channel on the pump shell corresponding to the blade, and the whole flow channel is divided into two sides by a pump cover, which are respectively connected with the suction and discharge pipes of the pump. When the inner liquid rotates with the impeller, a certain centrifugal force is generated, which is thrown outward into the annular flow channel in the pump housing, and the flow channel shape is reflow, and then re-enters the other blade channel behind the blade root. Therefore, the movement of the liquid between the blade and the annular flow path is a forward helix for the stationary pump housing; And for the rotating impeller is a backward helix. Vortex pump is named because of this vortex movement of liquid. The liquid can enter between the blades several times in succession to obtain energy until it is discharged from the discharge outlet later. The vortex pump works somewhat like a multistage centrifugal pump, but the vortex pump does not have an energy conversion device like the volute or guide vane of the centrifugal pump. The vortex pump mainly transfers energy to the liquid by multiple continuous work, so it can produce a higher pressure. In the process of energy transfer, due to the multiple impacts of the liquid, the energy loss is large and the efficiency is low, generally 20 to 50%.
