I. Product introduction:
THW type chemical mixed flow pump is on the basis of FJX type forced circulation pump and has been upgraded for many times, and has won many awards in the industry. The pump has the characteristics of large flow, high efficiency, low head, low speed and convenient maintenance, etc. When inspecting or disassembling the impeller and shaft seal, it is not necessary to disassemble the pipeline connected with the pump body. The pump shaft is equipped with a protective sleeve, the bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and the berths in the bearing box can be controlled by the "constant position" oil cup. The pump body is cast with legs, which can withstand any load from the pipeline and pass directly to the foundation. Therefore, the pump shaft will not bend due to the load borne by the pump, thus ensuring the bearing has a **** service life. The pump is also equipped with a complete exhaust device for suction line exhaust. The API682 recommended sealing arrangement and flushing solution is available.
