2XZ direct-connected vacuum pump
The 2XZ direct-connected vacuum pump is a two-stage direct-connected structure. The direct-connected vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment used to extract gas from sealed containers. It can act alone, or as a pre-stage pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc., a maintenance pump, and a pre-pump for titanium pumps. Its working performance consists of two parts: a high-pressure stage and a low-pressure stage. Its suction port is connected to the vacuum equipment. During operation, a large amount of gas in the container is sucked in and discharged. When the equipment obtains vacuum, the high-pressure stage exhaust valve is closed, and the gas at the high-pressure stage inlet will be transferred to the second stage, and a certain vacuum can be obtained through the second stage suction and discharge vacuum equipment. The pump has high speed, small appearance, compact structure, and convenient fluidity.

Selection range
1. The vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment used to extract gas from sealed containers. It can act alone, or as a pre-pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc., a maintenance pump, and a pre-pump for titanium pumps. It can be used for the manufacture of electric vacuum devices, thermos bottles, vacuum welding, printing, blistering, refrigeration equipment repair, and instrumentation. Because it has the advantages of small size, light weight, and low noise, it is more suitable for use in laboratories.
2. The pump is allowed to operate continuously for a long time under the condition that the ambient temperature is within 540°C and the air inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103 Pa. When the relative humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the gas ballast valve should be opened.
3. The continuous unobstructed atmospheric operation of the pump inlet shall not exceed one minute.
4. The pump is not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to metals, chemically react to pump oil, contain particulate dust, and contain excessively high oxygen, explosive, and toxic gases.
