BZTDS pumps require a vertical drive, and the pump thrust load and rotor weight will be borne by the pump thrust bearing.
Steering
From the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
Pump body/pump cover
The pump body is radially split, and the pump body and pump cover are sealed by a limited compression gasket; the pump body with a diameter of more than 80mm adopts a double volute design to reduce the radial force caused by hydraulics and reduce the vibration of the pump; there is a residual liquid discharge interface on the pump body. The suction and discharge flanges of the pump body have interfaces for measurement and seal flushing.
The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump have the same pressure level, the same nominal diameter, and are distributed in a straight line in the vertical axis. The flange connection form and implementation standard of the inlet and outlet can be changed according to the size and pressure level required by the user, and BZTDS, DIN and ANSI standards can be selected. The pump cover has insulation and cooling functions, and can be used to transport media with special temperature requirements. There is an exhaust plug on the pump cover to exhaust the gas in the pump and pipeline before the pump is started.
Impeller
This series of pumps has a single-stage, single-suction, closed impeller, consisting of a key and an impeller with a wire screw sleeve
The nut is installed on the shaft, and the wire screw sleeve has a self-locking function, so the installation of the impeller is safe and reliable; all impellers are balanced. When the ratio of the maximum outer diameter of the impeller to the impeller width is less than 6, dynamic balancing is required; the hydraulic design of the impeller maximizes the cavitation performance of the pump. The axial force of the pump is balanced by the front and rear wear rings and balance holes of the impeller. The wear rings of the pump and impeller can be replaced to keep the pump at a high hydraulic efficiency.
Seal chamber
The size of the seal chamber meets the needs of packing seals or various mechanical seals. The packing seal chamber and the mechanical seal chamber can be universal, and are equipped with a seal cooling and flushing system. The layout of the seal pipeline circulation system meets the requirements of API682 standard.
Bearing assembly
The BZTDS series pumps are subjected to pump loads by rolling bearings, including the load of the pump, the weight of the rotor, and the transient load caused by the start of the pump. The bearings are installed in the integral bearing frame and are lubricated by grease. The weight of the ZTD series pump motor is entirely borne by the pump; the motor is designed to withstand the axial forces generated by the pump, including the instantaneous axial forces generated when the pump is started.
Coupling
The standard design is that the pump is equipped with a thrust bearing, and a flexible coupling with an extended section is provided, which is easy to disassemble and install the thrust bearing and mechanical seal. The design without thrust bearing structure can be selected, and a four-part rigid coupling with an intermediate section is provided, but the price needs to be increased.
Motor frame
The steel structure motor frame has sufficient length to meet the requirements of installing the coupling and disassembling and installing the mechanical seal and bearing without removing the motor. A standard coupling cover is provided, and the pump assembly is matched with the stopper of the motor mounting surface.
Pipeline
The sealed pipeline meets the requirements of API682.
