Structural features
The pump is a single-stage, horizontal, radially split volute pump. The pump body is foot-supported, with a single-suction radial impeller, axial suction and radial discharge. According to the conditions of use, front and rear rings and balance holes are used for hydraulic balance. The stuffing box has cooling or heating pipe joints. The shaft seal adopts packing seal, and can also adopt single-end or double-end mechanical seal, and is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing liquid system.
Standard pipelines are designed according to API specifications.
The rated pressure level of the suction and discharge pipe flanges is the same.
From the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
