A rotor-type positive displacement pump that relies on screw and bushing to engage with each other to produce volume changes in the suction cavity and the discharge cavity to transport liquid
G type single screw pump belongs to the rotor type positive displacement pump, which relies on the screw and the bushing meshing each other in the suction cavity and the discharge cavity to produce volume changes to transport liquid. It is a kind of internal meshing closed screw pump, the main working parts are composed of a bushing (stator) with a double head spiral cavity and a single head spiral screw (rotor) engaged in the stator cavity.
G type single screw pump belongs to the rotor type positive displacement pump, which relies on the screw and the bushing meshing each other in the suction cavity and the discharge cavity to produce volume changes to transport liquid. It is a kind of internal meshing closed screw pump, the main working parts are composed of a bushing (stator) with a double head spiral cavity and a single head spiral screw (rotor) engaged in the stator cavity. When the input shaft drives the rotor around the center of the stator for planetary rotation through the universal joint, the stator-rotor pair is continuously meshing to form a sealed cavity, and the volume of these sealed cavities is constant and uniform axial movement, the conveying medium is transported from the suction end through the stator-rotor pair to the extrusion end, and the medium in the suction closed cavity flows through the stator without being stirred and destroyed.
The inner surface of the bushing has a double thread, and its arbitrary cross-section is a long circle, both ends are a semi-circle with a radius of R (equal to the radius of the screw section), and the middle is a straight line segment with a length of 4e. Any section of the bushing is the same long circle, but staggered one Angle from each other.
After the screw is loaded into the bushing, a closed chamber is formed between the screw surface and the inner thread surface of the bushing, and any section is also divided into the upper and lower two crescent shaped studios. When the screw rotates, the volume of the first studio near the suction chamber gradually increases, forming a negative pressure, and the liquid is sucked into the studio under the action of the pressure difference. With the continuous rotation of the screw, the volume of the working chamber is increased to the maximum, and the studio is closed and the liquid is pushed axially to the extrusion chamber. At the same time, the upper and lower studios alternately inhale and discharge the liquid, so that the liquid is continuously pushed from the suction chamber to the extrusion chamber along the axial direction.
