Product introduction
ZCQ self-priming magnetic drive pump replaces dynamic seal with static seal, so that the flow parts of the pump are in a sealed state. The materials of the pump body and flow parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, which has the function of CQ magnetic drive pump and integrates self-priming in one, without the need for bottom valve and irrigation water. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, printing and dyeing, food, scientific research and other units to pump acid, alkali, oil and rare and precious liquid, venom, volatile liquid, as well as circulating water equipment, especially easy to leak, flammable, explosive liquid pumping.
Working principle
ZCQ self-priming magnetic pump adopts the structure of external mixing type axial return pump body, which is composed of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, volute, return hole, gas-liquid separation chamber and other parts. After the pump starts, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the liquid inlet pipe are stirred into a gas-water mixture by the impeller, and the mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. As the speed slows down, the gas-water separation is caused, the air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid is returned to the pump through the water return hole. After repeated circulation, the air in the liquid inlet pipe is discharged. The pump formed a certain degree of vacuum, to achieve the role of self-priming.
