It is a kind of internal meshing closed screw pump, the main working parts are composed of a bushing (stator) with a double head spiral cavity and a single head spiral screw (rotor) engaged in the stator cavity.

After the screw is loaded into the bushing, a closed chamber is formed between the screw surface and the inner thread surface of the bushing, and any section is also divided into the upper and lower two crescent shaped studios. When the screw rotates, the volume of the first studio near the suction chamber gradually increases, forming a negative pressure, and the liquid is sucked into the studio under the action of the pressure difference. With the continuous rotation of the screw, the volume of the working chamber is increased to the maximum, and the studio is closed and the liquid is pushed axially to the extrusion chamber. At the same time, the upper and lower studios alternately inhale and discharge the liquid, so that the liquid is continuously pushed from the suction chamber to the extrusion chamber along the axial direction.
