Instructions for use
Pour the foundation according to the installation dimensions provided in the operation manual of the I-1B series slurry pump, determine the position of the anchor bolts, and the foundation should be levelled. After fixing, the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft should be adjusted, and the deviation of the two axes should not exceed ±0.2 mm. If the axis is different, there will be vibration, bearing heat, and even damage the pump. The suction and discharge pipes of the pump should be fixed by supports, and the pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. The bottom valve can not be installed when the pump is used to dump the tank, but the control valve and filter device should be installed on the suction pipe to prevent debris from being sucked into the pump and causing wear. When the pump is installed above the liquid level, the bottom valve should be installed at the suction inlet, and the throat area of the bottom valve should be greater than 50% of the section of the suction pipe. Before the installation of the stainless steel pump, it is necessary to thoroughly remove the debris in the pipeline to avoid accidents caused by suction such as iron filings and welding slag when the pump starts.

Use

Start:

1. Prepare wrench, pipe wrench and other necessary tools.

2, check the frame, bearing and oil chamber.

3, check whether the hollow shaft and shaft sealing degree is appropriate, the packing gland can not be too tight, allowing drip seepage;

4. Use the pipe wrench to move shaft, pay attention to the noise and stuck phenomenon of foreign body collision in the pump;

5, fill the material liquid pump cavity, prohibit no-load operation, so as not to damage the village set;

6. Completely open the valve at the exit;

7. Turn on the motor.

Halt:

1. Close the valve at the entrance.

2. Close the valve at the exit.

3. Stop the motor. (If the pump will stop working for a long time, the liquid in the pump cavity should be emptied and washed with water or steam.)



Run:

1. Regularly check the temperature rise of stainless steel pump and motor bearing, and the high temperature should not exceed 75ºC.

2. Add lubricating oil in time to ensure good lubrication of bearings.

3. During operation, if abnormal noise or excessive vibration is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

4, when the flow rate is significantly reduced, indicating that the rubber stator has been worn, should be replaced with a new stator before use.
