Non-leakage fluorine lined magnetic self-priming pump (referred to as: Fluorine lined magnetic self-priming pump is the application of modern magnetometry principle, the use of permanent magnet magnetic drive to achieve non-contact transmission of torque, the use of external mixing axial return water structure design, that is, when the motor drives the outer rotor (that is, the outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, through the action of the magnetic field line through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (that is, the inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously. Because the medium is enclosed in a static isolation sleeve, so as to achieve the purpose of pumping the medium without leakage, the pump body is composed of a liquid suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute, a return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After the pump starts, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the liquid inlet pipe are stirred into a gas-water mixture by the impeller, and the mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. As the flow rate slows down, the gas-water separation is caused, and the air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump through the water return hole. After several cycles, the air in the liquid inlet pipe is discharged. Design features:

2. The pump body, inner rotor, pump cover, impeller, isolation sleeve and other flow parts are made of polytetrafluoroethylene and polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene resin produced by Shanghai Sanaifu New Materials Co., Ltd. or DuPont Group Co., LTD.
The pump body and the pump cover are made of fluorine plastic material to be molded and sintered, and the size and flow channel are smooth and clean to ensure the corrosion resistance and pressure resistance of the pump;
The impeller is also molded by fluorine plastic sintering to ensure reliable torque transmission, its closed structure, flow channel optimization design, high efficiency, low NPSHR value to ensure the stability of pump flow and head;
The isolation sleeve is made of fluorine plastic material for molding and sintering molding and low vortex sleeve design, with a high rupture pressure, high safety factor and eliminate all excess heat and reduce energy consumption, while the pump chamber is completely isolated from the outside world, so that the pump chamber is completely sealed, and no leakage is achieved during the transmission process.
