Features

1The unique single-blade or double-bladed impeller structure greatly improves the dirt passing ability, and can effectively pass 5 times of the fiber diameter of the pump and the solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.

2 The mechanical seal adopts a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, and at the same time, the seal is improved into a double-end seal, so that it can be operated in the oil chamber for a long time, and the pump can be safely operated continuously for more than 8000 hours.

Scope of application

     GW series non-blocking pipeline sewage pump is suitable for the discharge of serious polluted wastewater from the factory, the sewage discharge station in the main residential area, the water distribution system of the urban sewage treatment plant,  the water supply equipment of the water supply plant, the hospital, the hotel. Sewage discharge, municipal engineering construction sites, mine supporting machines, rural biogas digesters, farmland irrigation and other industries, transporting granular sewage, dirt, can also be used for clean water and with weak corrosive media.

Conditions of Use

A. The operating temperature of the pump is ≤40°C, the humidity is ≤95%; the altitude is ≤1000m.

B. The medium temperature does not exceed 60 ° C, and the medium weight is 1 to 1.3 kg / dm 3 .

C, the use of cast iron material range PH5 ~ 9.

D, stainless steel material can use general corrosive media.
