It is suitable for conveying lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, temperature not higher than 150 ºC, viscosity of 5-1500 cst or other liquids similar to lubricating oil.
KCB gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricants or other liquids similar in nature to lubricants that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non-corrosive, the temperature is not higher than 80 ° C, and the viscosity is 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s (5-1500CST).
KCB gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. The gear is heat treated with high hardness and strength, and is installed in a replaceable sleeve with the shaft. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working. The pump has a reasonable design of oil drainage and return groove, which is the minimum torque force borne by the gear in the work, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.
The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, the total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated exclusion pressure of the pump, and can also be adjusted in the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, note that this safety valve can not be used for long-term work of pressure reducing valves, and can be installed on the pipeline when necessary. From the outstretched end of the spindle to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
