Product introduction
SZ type water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are used to pump or compress air and other non-corrosive insoluble water gases in order to form a vacuum and pressure in a closed container. Instructions for use
Start:
After a long stop, the coupling must be turned by hand for several weeks before starting to verify that there is no jamming or damage.
1. Close the gate valve (2) on the intake pipe.
2, if the exhaust pipe is equipped with a gate valve (9) should also be closed.
3. Inject water into the packing box and gas-water separator.
4, when the gas water separator to overflow water. Start the motor.
5. Fully open the spherical valve (7) on the water supply line (6) from the gas water separator to the pump.
6. Open the gate valve (9) on the exhaust pipe.
7. Open the gate valve (2) on the exhaust pipe.
8. Adjust the amount of water pumped by the gas-water separator with the spherical valve (7) to operate under the required technical conditions. Make Gongshen. Cost less.
9, adjust the water supply from the inlet pipe to the gas-water separator, in order to use a small amount of water consumption, to ensure the technical specifications required by the pump.

Parking is in the following order:

4. Stop injecting water into the packing and gas-water separator.

6. Tighten the spherical valve.
