Product Description

Overview

This series of pumps is a horizontal, radial split, sectional, multistage centrifugal pump designed to API 610 11th.

The pump casing adopts a radial vane structure. Center support or foot support structure can be selected according to the use temperature. The inlet and outlet can be flexibly arranged in multiple directions to meet the needs of different users.

The pump series is simple and reliable in structure and operate stably. They have long service life and are easy to be maintained and repaired.

Application range

This series of pumps are mainly used in industrial water supply equipment, oil refineries, thermal power plants, coal chemical industry, urban water supply, water treatment, petrochemical and other industries. It is especially suitable for low pressure, medium pressure boiler feed water, and pipeline pressurization, etc.

Performance range

Flow range: 5~500m3/h

Head range: ~1000m

Applicable temperature: -40~180°C

Design pressure: up to 15MPa
 

Structural features

Different design concepts are adopted for the first stage impeller and the secondary impeller. The cavitation performance of the pump is considered for the first stage impeller, and the efficiency of the pump is considered for the secondary impeller, so that the whole pump has excellent cavitation performance and efficiency.

The axial force is balanced by drum-disc-drum structure, with good balance effect and high reliability.

With large fuel tank design, cooling coil is installed in the fuel tank. This can directly cool lubricating oil within the bearing room, and the cooling effect is good.

With specially designed bearing structure, it is more convenient and quick to replace the mechanical seal.
