Overview

WQB explosion-proof submersible sewage pump is a new type of explosion-proof submersible pump produced by our company. It is made into a whole flameproof type on the basis of ordinary submersible sewage pump, and further integrated in hydraulic model, sealing technology, mechanical structure and protection control. Optimized and innovative design, it has the remarkable features of safety, reliability, high efficiency, energy saving, convenient installation and good sewage discharge performance. And it can be equipped with a mechanical stirring device to produce a mixed explosion-proof submersible sewage pump for agitating the sediment.

The explosion-proof submersible sewage pump is mainly used for the Class IIB of the factory, and the temperature group is the flammable gas of the T1-T4 group or the sewage mixture of the explosive mixture formed by the steam and the air. Applicable to coal chemical, petrochemical, municipal engineering, urban industry, hospitals, hotels, residential quarters and other places.

Working principle

When the explosion-proof submersible sewage pump is used in a flammable and explosive environment, such as an explosive gas mixture inside the motor, the explosion-proof casing will not be damaged, and the internal flame will not pass through the joint surface of the flameproof casing, causing the external one or more Ignition of an explosive atmosphere formed by a gas or vapor. The parts that make up the flameproof enclosure are tested for water pressure according to the provisions of GB3836.2-2000 to ensure that they can withstand the maximum internal explosion pressure.

1. Cable inlet sealing device: It adopts two-stage rubber ring seal to completely prevent water from penetrating into the motor from the cable.

2. Motor: specially designed explosion-proof submersible motor with IPX8 protection grade and F-class (155°C) insulation resistance. The motor insulation life is extended under normal temperature rise conditions.

3. Rotor assembly: The rotor assembly is strictly tested according to G6.3, ensuring minimum vibration during pump operation and longer bearing and sealing life.
4. Bearing: The upper deep groove ball bearing and the lower angular contact ball bearing form a reliable support of the shaft.

6. Pump casing: The pump casing is a single volute type, which has a large cross section and good non-blocking performance.

7. Sealing ring: The sealing ring can be replaced to reduce maintenance costs. The sealing ring material can be made of high chromium material and is hard and wear resistant.

8. Stirring head (optional): It has the function of stirring and anti-precipitation, which can mix water with sediment and solid particles, and greatly improve the over-current capability of the pump.

9. Impeller: The impeller is in the form of double flow channel, which is matched with the pump casing. It adopts full lift without overload design, and the lift will not cause motor overload damage from the highest value to the lowest value. The impeller has a wide flow path and good non-blocking performance.

10. Pressure relief chamber: The back of the impeller is designed with a pressure relief chamber. The axial force of the impeller is effectively balanced to reduce the load of the bearing and make the bearing operating life longer.

11. Oil chamber leakage sensor: The leakage sensor is installed in the shaft seal oil chamber. After the water enters the oil chamber to a certain extent, the sensor sends a signal, and the external dedicated control device protects the electric pump.

12. Cooling water jacket: There is a cooling water jacket outside the motor of 22 kW or more. The motor is circulated and cooled by the water delivered by the pump to ensure that the electric pump can still operate normally at the lowest water level.

13. Motor winding temperature sensor: The motor stator winding is equipped with PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the motor winding temperature and protect the motor from overheating through an external special control device.
