Mixed-flow pumps can be divided into two types: industrial and agricultural. From the name of the agricultural mixed-flow pump, we can recognize that it is a mixed-flow pump product used in the agricultural field.

Before the agricultural mixed-flow pump is used, it needs to be installed scientifically to ensure that its performance can be fully exerted. The specific installation steps are as follows:

1. Carefully count the parts of the agricultural mixed-flow pump, such as inlet and outlet pipes, elbows, sealing rings, gaskets, screws and nuts. And clean the section of the water pipe, check the position of the hole and the size of the matching screw.

2. Install the bottom valve on one end of the pipe, and select the appropriate length according to the needs. Install the elbow fitting on the other end of the pipe. This is the installation of the inlet section, there are two ways, vertical and inclined installation.

3. Then clean the water inlet of the agricultural mixed-flow pump, and install the fixed half ring. It divides a circle into two parts and installs it twice, so you can install half of it first.

4. Then install the water inlet elbow and the water inlet section of the agricultural mixed-flow pump. It is necessary to move the position of the agricultural mixed-flow pump and the position of the water inlet to meet the requirements of using screw links.

5. When the water inlet section and the elbow of the agricultural mixed-flow pump are in the proper installation position, install the remaining semicircular snap ring. Note that the connection between them must be rubber gaskets. Then connect and fasten the parts with screws and nuts.

6. When the water inlet pipe of the agricultural mixed-flow pump is also installed, the overall position is fixed, and the base can be fixed at this time. The last step is to connect the outlet pipe to the outlet position of the agricultural mixed-flow pump, so that we can change the position of the outlet pipe through the elbow.
