This pump standard adopts JB/T6435.2-92, GB5659-85 "Technical Conditions for Multistage Centrifugal Pumps".
GC type horizontal multi-stage boiler feed pump is a new product developed by our factory according to the relevant specifications of industrial boiler water supply and drainage. Due to the adoption of the hydraulic model of high-efficiency and energy-saving products recommended by the state, the GC-type pump has high efficiency and wide performance range, and can better meet the requirements of use. It is used to replace the old GC type centrifugal pump. The structure adopts the horizontal and multi-stage pump segmented form, so the operation is safe, stable, low noise, long life, convenient installation and maintenance. This type of pump is especially suitable for industrial boiler water supply and drainage, cooling water transportation, etc. It can also be used to transport hot water, oil products, corrosive media, etc. by changing the material, sealing form and adding a cooling system. It is widely used in petrochemical, hot water circulation, environmental protection industry, pure water transportation and other industries. The conveying medium temperature is: 0°C~100°C. Features:
1. Hydraulic design: The advanced design theory is used to optimize the hydraulic model of low specific revolutions. The impeller flow channel adopts special technological means to make the surface of the flow channel smooth, reduce losses and improve efficiency.

The pump housing part is mainly composed of the bearing body, the suction section, the middle section, the discharge section, the guide vane, etc., which are connected into a whole by tie rod bolts.
The rotor part is mainly composed of the shaft and the impeller, shaft sleeve, balance disc and other parts installed on the shaft. The parts on the shaft are fastened with flat keys and bushing nuts to make them integral with the shaft. The whole rotor is supported on the pump casing by bearings at both ends, and the number of impellers in the rotor part is determined according to the number of stages of the pump.
The bearings of this type of pump use rolling bearings and sliding bearings, which do not bear axial force. The axial force of the pump is borne by the balance plate, and the rotor part of the pump is allowed to move axially in the pump casing during operation. Bearings are lubricated with No. 32 bearing oil (turbine oil) or other oils with similar performance to obtain better lubrication performance and withstand higher temperatures.
The seals between the suction section, middle section and discharge section of the pump are all lubricated with molybdenum disulfide, and the rotor part and the fixed part are sealed by seal rings, guide vane sleeves, packing, etc. If it affects the work and performance of the pump, it should be replaced in time.
The pump is supported by the center, and the stuffing box is provided with a water-cooling cavity. There is a water-cooling chamber in the bearing body, and the outer surface is equipped with a heat sink, which has good cooling protection.
This type of pump adopts soft packing seal, and can also use mechanical seal. The tightness of packing and mechanical seal must be appropriate.
