The BZC self-priming magnetic drive pump replaces the dynamic seal with a static seal, so that the pump's flow-through parts are in a completely sealed state, which completely solves the problems of running, bubbling, dripping and leakage that cannot be avoided by other pump mechanical seals. First, high efficiency design
BDC magnetic pump [pump body] and [impeller] apply international advanced hydraulic model design, adopt special lining technology such as "dovetail groove, shell mesh", the lining plastic is molded by high temperature, the [isolation sleeve] adopts double layer design, the inner sleeve adopts F46 molding and sintering molding, and the [strengthening sleeve] adopts reinforced carbon fiber winding molding, which can withstand pressure up to 3MPA. Because the strengthening sleeve does not have any metal components, the phenomenon of "magnetic eddy current" is effectively solved, and the efficiency of the entire magnetic pump is increased by about 10%. Second, high-performance material configuration

Three, fixed axis design
Using the principle of magnetic levitation, the use of internal and external magnetic field balance characteristics, so that the entire inner rotor and impeller in the pump chamber is always in the "magnetic levitation" state, the main shaft through the front and rear end fixed, therefore, the main shaft only bear the guiding support role, no need to transfer torque through the main shaft, to ensure the service life of the main shaft, to eliminate the traditional fluorine lined magnetic pump shaft breaking phenomenon. The inner hole of the impeller and rotor is equipped with silicon carbide shaft sleeve, and the two-way spiral flow guide groove is designed to fully ensure the lubrication performance of the impeller and the inner rotor at high speed.
Four, open design
The traditional magnetic pump is equipped with an intermediate bearing seat, which makes the pump cavity and the isolation sleeve relatively independent. The process design of the return hole is adopted, and the circulating loop is used to provide lubrication for the sliding bearing. When a load of material crystallized or a foreign body blocked the return hole, the lubrication function will fail, resulting in serious faults. The lubricity of shaft sleeve and shaft is fully guaranteed.
Five, impeller rotor integrated design
[impeller and inner rotor] adopts the connected design, the internal magnetic directly drives the impeller to rotate, without the main shaft transmitting torque, without the impeller locking nut, to ensure that the pump in the reverse and transport of high gravity materials, the shaft will not fall off, and can transport materials containing a small number of particles, corrosion and wear resistance, stable operation.
"Axial force" is a challenge that all magnetic pumps must overcome. When the magnetic pump is running, due to the pressure difference between the pressure side and the suction side, the impeller is [forcibly pulled] to the direction of the "suction side". The "force" generated must be absorbed by the bearing, and the greater these forces, the lower the service life of the bearing. In non-leakage pumps, such as magnetic or shielded pumps, plain bearings are used. This leads to special requirements for axial thrust balance: The development of a leak-free pump depends on solving a core problem; Eliminate the axial force on the impeller. Due to the extensive nature of the fluid to be transported, the possibility of using mechanical thrust bearings is ruled out. The most popular way to solve this problem is to release pressure by hydraulic balancing of rotating parts.
During operation, the axial position of the pump shaft of the self-balancing magnetic pump is automatically adjusted to achieve no-load balance, and no axial force is generated on the thrust bearing group of the sliding bearing. At the same time, a thin liquid film (similar to the water film effect) that can withstand high loads is formed between the rotating part of the bearing and the stationary part to ensure that the entire rotor floats. This so-called equilibrium state is achieved during operation so that rotating and stationary parts are not in direct contact, this contactless operation can achieve wear-free normal operation, and its service life is increased several times. This is the "axial force self-balancing technology" developed and applied by Green Ring.
Self-balancing principle: The "self-balancing device" is composed of "impeller front and rear mouth ring, impeller return hole, balance seat, and pressure storage chamber". The distance between the impeller balance hole and the balance seat is changed to realize automatic control of the return flow rate of the return hole, so that the pressure on both sides of the impeller is balanced, so that the impeller is always in the best position, and the physical friction between the thrust disc and the sliding bearing is reduced. Effectively improve the operating efficiency of the pump, expand the flow range of the pump, and improve the service life of the wearing parts.
For example, when the rotor part of the impeller displaces towards the suction direction, the opening degree of the "control valve" automatically increases, the overflow rate of the balance hole increases, the pressure of the accumulator chamber decreases, the pressure acting on the back plate of the impeller decreases, while the pressure of the front plate remains unchanged, and the thrust direction changes, so that the rotor part of the impeller automatically returns to the center position, and vice versa. Thus, the axial force can achieve true [self-balance] through hydraulic power, and the use of [self-balance design] makes the sliding bearing and the thrust disk handle "zero friction", and the sliding bearing is in a "zero load" state, so that the stable operation and service life of the pump are effectively guaranteed.
