Overview: D, MD, DG pumps are horizontal multi-stage segmental centrifugal pumps. D-type pump is mainly used to transport clean water (impurity content less than 1%, particle size less than 0.1mm) and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, and the medium temperature is not more than 80 ºC. Mainly used for conveying clean water in coal mines MD type pumps are mainly used in coal mines, factories and other occasions to convey neutral mine water with a solid particle content of not more than 1.5% (volume concentration) (if there is corrosiveness, the material can be changed as needed, and the particle size is less than 0.5 mm), can also be used to transport similar other sewage. The temperature of the conveying medium is not more than 80ºC. DG type pump is mainly used to transport clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water, and the medium temperature is not more than 105ºC. It is suitable for feeding water to small boilers or conveying hot water and similar hot water media. Structure description: D, MD and DG pumps are mainly composed of four parts: stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal.

Stator rotor: It is mainly composed of suction section, middle section, spit section, guide vane, stuffing box body (tail cover), etc., which are connected by tension bolts and nuts. It is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disc and shaft sleeve. The shaft transmits the power to the impeller to make it work, and the balance disc is used to balance the axial force. The bearing generally adopts the rolling bearing, which is mainly composed of the bearing body, the bearing and the bearing gland. The sub-bearing is supported, and the bearing is lubricated with grease. Sliding bearings and thin oil lubrication can also be used as required.

The shaft seal is generally sealed with soft packing, which is mainly composed of the suction section and the sealing box body on the stuffing box body (tail cover), packing, water retaining ring, etc. A certain pressure water is introduced into the sealing cavity, which plays the role of water sealing, water cooling and water lubrication. D. The water sealing water of MD type pump comes from the pressure water in the pump, and the DG type pump comes from external water supply. Mechanical seals can also be used according to user needs.
 
Transmission: The pump is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling.

Installation: The pump and motor are equipped with an integral base or separate bases or without bases. Generally, the pump rotates clockwise from the motor end.

Pipeline: The direction of the suction port of the pump is horizontal on the right side (the direction of the DG pump is vertical upward), and the direction of the discharge port is vertical upward.
