MD(P) self-balancing wear-resistant multistage pump is designed to meet the needs of users and a high efficiency, energy saving and long service life of advanced multistage centrifugal pump products, using high efficiency, energy saving water conservancy model, changed the design of the traditional multistage pump belt balancing device, and accelerated the development of high pressure multistage pump technology. Developed and manufactured according to API610 standard, it has the advantages of wide efficient area, wide performance range, good cavitation performance, safe and stable operation, low noise, less wearing parts, convenient installation and maintenance.
Structural characteristics
MD(P) type high efficiency and energy saving self-balancing wear-resistant multistage pump has reformed and innovated the traditional structure form, cancelled the axial force balance mechanism of the multistage centrifugal pump, and cancelled the balance plate device, which is a new product of the upgrading of D and DG type multistage centrifugal pump.
MD(P) type high efficiency and energy saving self-balancing wear-resistant multistage pump because there is no balancing device, that is, there is no balance disc friction loss and no return loss of balanced water, so the pump efficiency is 5~ 14% higher than that of the same category multistage pump, and the shaft power of the pump is reduced in the case of no friction in the balance disc, thus achieving an energy-saving effect. Therefore, the power consumption of the pump during operation is about 3% compared with that of the same category multi-stage pump. At the same time, it completely solves the various faults caused by the failure of the balance device, such as the wear of the balance disc and the balance ring or the bite of the rotor, and its design extends the service life of the pump. Trouble-free operation time is more than 3 times that of ordinary pumps, and user maintenance costs are greatly reduced, thus reducing the life cycle cost of pumps.
Conveying range
It can be used to transport water with particle content ≤1.5%, particle ≤1.3mm, temperature ≤105ºC or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It can also be used to transport hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media with temperature ≤225ºC by changing the material (and structure) of the pump, sealing form and increasing the cooling system. Material HT200, QT600, ZG, 304, 304L, 316L, 317L, 904L, CD4 and other materials are available for users to choose.
