AY high temperature centrifugal oil pump series is improved and redesigned on the basis of the original Y type oil pump series. It is a product developed to meet the needs of modernization and adapt to the upgrading of equipment centered on energy saving as soon as possible, with the following characteristics:

1. The bearing body parts replace the original 35, 50 and 60 bearing bodies with 45, 55 and 70 bearing bodies respectively to improve reliability;

2. The hydraulic overflow part adopts a high-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic model, which increases the efficiency of the original Y-type oil pump by 5-8 percentage points on average;

3, in order to maintain continuity, the structural type, installation size, performance parameter range to keep the same as Y type oil pump, easy to update old products.

4, the degree of universality of parts is high, and the standard parts are shared by several series of products.

5, material selection and refining, mainly II, III class materials, bearing body and other parts increased to cast steel, cast iron two, for cold areas, open air use, Marine to provide favorable conditions.

Structure specification
It is divided into six kinds of structures, such as single-stage single-suction cantilever type, two-stage single-suction cantilever type, single-stage double-suction and two-stage double-suction two-support type, two-stage single-suction two-support type.

The shell is radial split, especially suitable for conveying high temperature and flammable, explosive or toxic liquids. The installation mode is horizontal center line support. The suction flange and discharge flange of the pump are cast on the pump body, and are vertically facing up. The bearing chamber (stuffing box) and the pump cover are cast into one, which can be loaded with packing seal and balanced type, rhyotype and series type mechanical seal. An optional water-cooled cavity jacket is cast on the outside of the shaft seal cavity. The water-cooled cavity must be equipped with special requirements or when the conveying medium is water at temperatures exceeding 66 ° C and hydrocarbons at temperatures exceeding 150 ° C.

The impeller is cast as a whole, and after static balance check, the axial force of the pump is mainly balanced by the impeller balance hole.

The bearing body is equipped with a set of radial ball bearings and a set of back-to-back thrust ball bearings. The bearings are lubricated by oil slinging ring, and the surface outside the bearing is cast with a heat sink, which can be cooled by air (T < 120 ° C), fan cooling (T =120-260 ° C) and water cooling (T =260-420 ° C).

It is easy to remove impeller, shaft, bearing, shaft seal and other parts without disassembling suction or discharge lines during pump maintenance. The shaft seal is mechanically sealed. The pump is driven directly by an electric motor through a flexible diaphragm extension coupling. From the motor direction, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
