The structure and working principle of the main components
1. Main parts
Front inlet section, outlet section, rear inlet section, guide vane, right guide vane, outlet section left guide vane, outlet section right guide vane, middle section, impeller, right impeller, shaft, balance drum, front positioning sleeve, rear positioning sleeve, connecting frame, reversing flow path, etc.; The rotor is composed of an impeller, a right impeller, a balance drum, an impeller sleeve, a front positioning sleeve, a rear positioning sleeve and other parts installed on the shaft. The rotor driving end is supported by a roller bearing, and the end is arranged face-to-face by a diagonal contact ball bearing. The bearings are lubricated by grease.

2. Studio
It is formed by the front inlet section, the back inlet section, the middle section, the guide vane, the right guide vane, the left guide vane of the outlet section, the right guide vane of the outlet section, the reversing flow passage and the outlet section together, and the liquid enters along the axial side. The axial force acting on each pair of symmetrical impeller can cancel each other when working, so that the axial force generated can be balanced, and the low pressure stage is arranged at both ends to reduce the pressure on the shaft seal.

3, sealing parts
Shaft seal: using soft packing seal, the tightness of the packing must be appropriate, and the liquid can ooze drop by drop.

Transmission: the pump is directly driven by the motor through the elastic coupling; From the motor direction, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.

Bearing: roller bearing is used at the drive end, and a diagonal contact ball bearing is used at the end.

Sealing ring: prevent high pressure water in the pump from leaking back to the water inlet part, and can be replaced after wear.

Balance drum: installed in the final impeller, rotate with the rotor, the balance drum outer circular surface and the balance sleeve hole surface to form a radial gap.

Front and back positioning sleeve: in the two packing chambers, it can be replaced after wear.
